Customer Care Specialist with Dutch
Location: Warsaw

Position Goals:
Ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction among West-Europe and Central-Europe customers by providing high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
  • Online customer service (chat, e-mail)
  • Telephone customer service: Inbound and outbound calls
  • Customer use monitoring, customer development (training schemes, promoting additional services)
  • Collaboration with the company’s all other departments and foreign branches
  • CMS system administration
Job Requirements:
  • Support must be provided in Dutch - fluent knwoledge is a must
  • Good understanding of English is essential
  • French knowledge will be treated as an asset
  • Ability to achieve Key Performance Indicator targets
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong problem solving abilities and assertiveness
  • Previous Customer Service / Helpdesk experience is a plus
