For our Client - an international company, in the field of global service center, located in Wrocław - we are looking for the highly motivated candidates for the position of
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with FRENCH (temporary contract)
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure timely and accurate order entry upon receiving customer’s purchase orders
  • Monitor the complete sales process from quote to invoice making sure customer needs are respected.
  • Keep stakeholders updated about current processing status
  • Monitor the delivery process and resolve any possible issues
  • Act as anchor point for communication between the customer, the sales representative and the supply chain organization
  • Registration of disputes and taking corrective actions for the non-technical complaints
  • Answer customer queries, giving accurate product information and where possible solve issues raised to maintain a high level of customer service
Our expectations:
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and very good French
  • System knowledge skills utilizing Microsoft environments
  • Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Social, positive thinking
  • Analytical thinking in daily work
  • Ability to deliver to customer expectations by consistently meeting service commitments
  • Quick learner with competence to resolve queries
We offer:
  • Temporary contract untill 18 months / with possible to be employ directly by our client after 6 months (earliest)
  • Benefits package such as: MultiSport card, life insurance, private medical care
  • Attractive basic salary + quarterly bonus till 12%
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday / 7-15 or 8-16 or 9-17 / 8h by day
