1. Cookies

In order to improve the functionality of the Services, the Administrator declares that he uses the mechanism of cookies.

Cookies are files saved on the device (computer, smartphone, tablet) on which the web browser is installed, with which the user browses websites.

Cookies used by the Administrator do not store any personal data of the User. The User’s identity is not disclosed by means of cookies.

Based on the collected information, the Administrator may create statistics. Statistics are created in a way that does not allow identification of individual Users. Information collected by the Administrator will not be made available to entities or persons other than those authorized under generally applicable law and authorized to administer the Services.

In any case, the User may block the installation of cookies or delete permanent cookies using the appropriate options of the web browser. In case of problems, it is recommended to use the browser’s help file or contact the browser manufacturer.

Each User who does not agree to the use of cookies is obliged to modify the settings of the web browser. The configuration of the User’s system enabling the use of cookies means consent for the Administrator to store the information referred to in Article 173 paragraph 2 of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law.

 

2. Web analytics

The Administrator performs the functions of obtaining information about Users and their behaviors in the following way:

  • by collecting cookies;
  • through the use of Google Analytics.

The Administrator declares that he uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (hereinafter: “Google”). Google Analytics processes cookies containing information about the viewership of websites, as well as the User’s system profile (including his IP address).

The aforementioned information is transmitted to Google and stored on servers located in the United States. Google uses this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Services, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

Google may also transfer the above information to third parties where required to do so by law or if such third parties process this information on Google’s behalf.

 

3. Profiling

The Administrator performs the functions of obtaining information about Users and compiling information provided by Users in an automatic manner in order to automatically match the User’s profile to job offers in order to provide services based on the latest technological solutions, using data voluntarily provided by Users.

Personal data will be processed for this purpose until the User withdraws consent to such processing. The User has the right to object to the profiling mechanism at any time. The Administrator declares that he has technical tools enabling the User to express such an objection.
