Junior Sample Management Specialist at Warszawa

About our Team

Our Team in Samsung R&D Poland deploys and maintains Android services which handle transfer and activation of eSIM profiles on Samsung smartphones and wearables. We are looking for Software Developers for an internship position.

Role and Responsibilities

·      Mobile samples registration in the internal system

·      Storage management- maintaining order in the storage (dedicated office space where mobile equipment is stored), issuing devices (mobile phones, tablets etc.) from the storage and keeping of the sample rotation on the proper level - sample return to the storage, making appropriate changes in the company's internal management system

·      Conducting the physical inventory process (sample scanning using a handy scanners to the inventory application, data verification in the system)

·      Being involved in the scrap process- preparation of an excel database and photographic documentation of the equipment dedicated for destruction process made by an external company

·      Informing employees about the applicable processes related to the management of samples in the company, as well as ensuring that they are respected – communication with employees also in English

·      Work in the sample management system and with excel databases (reporting), as well as with various Samsung’s application

·      The position requires presence in the office (5 days per week; remote work occasional only)

Skills and Qualifications

·      Completed higher education or the last year of study

·      Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel -> pivots, basics formulas (‘duplicates’, ‘if’ etc.), Word, Power Point)

·      Good knowledge of English (speaking and writing-> at least B2/C1 level)

·      A hard-working person who can both work in a group and be independent and creative

·      A fast learner, who likes to explore new areas and is not afraid of challenges

·      The position requires constant work with people, so the ideal candidate must be communicative and must have an inner need to provide services of the highest possible standard (accuracy and regularity in everyday work)
