Customer service specialist with English and Italian or German at Wrocław

For our client in Wrocław, which is part of a global information and communication technology company, we are recruiting for the position:

Customer Support Specialist with English and Italian or German

Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers through written and phone correspondence

• Maintaining accurate and timely records in the system

• Analysis and documentation of problems, proposing solutions and addressing issues

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Italian (C1) or German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2)

• Experience in providing direct support to external customers via phone, email or chat

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally

• Good organizational skills
