Remember that only the legal employment can provide access to healthcare through social security and tax contributions.

A coordinator will be waiting for when you arrive – they will be available under the phone number provided to you by the recruiter.

Your first day will begin with residence registration. We will provide you with accommodation shared with other workers. Don’t forget to maintain cleanliness and order and to respect the common property. Read through all the rules you will need to observe. All violations and issues should be reported to our coordinator.

During your first days in Poland you will take part in?

  • Medical examination by on occupational physician – necessary to finalize employment. The doctor will confirm whether your state of health allows for carrying out the work we want to entrust you with.
  • Filling out employment documentation – as an employer, we need to receive necessary information. We will fill all the forms together. All documentation will be provided in a bilingual form.
  • Bank account and phone number – our coordinator will arrange a meeting with a bank representative to prepare a bank account agreement – much of the information will be available in English, helping you better understand the provisions of using the account and debit card. The bank will also provide you with an account number and a SIM card for the phone. To activate the SIM card you will be required to present your passport – in a post office or the operator’s salon. Remember that if you want to buy a SIM card yourself, you should provide your phone number to the coordinator.
  • PESEL ID number – according to Polish law, foreigners need  to obtain a PESEL ID number. It will be necessary to prepare an annual tax declaration. The coordinator will also provide you with necessary blank forms. Remember that obtaining a PESEL number is your obligation as an employee.
  • The terms of cooperation – we will discuss all the rules, terms and details that interest you. We want you to receive a complete set of information aligning with the terms previously discussed with the recruiter prior to signing the agreement.
  • Signing the agreement is one of the most important matters in the recruitment process. Read through its terms carefully, as it defines the terms and rules of our cooperation, as well as the salary. By signing the agreement, you accept the proposed terms.
  • The occupational health and safety training – before beginning work, one ought to complete a safety training carried out by our coordinator, concerning workplace safety and movement within the facility. It will contain many machines and equipment that should be safe for you and the others to operate.
  • Transportation – if the place of residence is far away from the place of work, our coordinator will advise you on how to best reach the workplace or our office. In some cases it will be faster to commute on foot, in other it will be better to use public transportation or have us provide organized bus transport.

Our goal is to not only find you a job, but also build your future in Poland. Our team of coordinators will support you throughout your stay in Poland.
