Role and Responsibilities
· Manages the administration of SIM cards in global systems.
· Optimize costs through analysis, control, and reduction of expenses related to SIM cards.
· Collaborate with mobile operators in Poland, including negotiating terms and verifying contracts.
· Cooperation with SIM card administrators in Poland and Europe.
· Control invoices, their acceptance, and verification.
· Create and update procedures, manuals, and rules related to SIM card management.
· Prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and analyses.
· Implement optimization initiatives and improve processes related to SIM cards.
· Provide daily support to employees, ensuring quick and effective assistance with mobile services.
Skills and Qualifications
· Min. 2 years of experience in customer service
· Min. 2 years of experience in in working with administrative systems and processes
· Min. 2 years of experience in working with databases creation and costs analysis
· Experience in creating and improving processes and procedures
· At least intermediate practical knowledge of MS Excel
· Communicative knowledge of English
· Customer focus orientation
· Quality-focus approach
· Analytical skills
· Excellent work organizational skills
· Accuracy, precision and diligence
· Multi-task orientation
· Communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
Nice to have
· Min. 2 years of experience in global company/international environment
