Maintenance leader at Brzeg

We are looking for the following position for our client:

Maintenance Leader 

Location: Brzeg

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for machinery, equipment, and infrastructure in all areas of the plant
• Developing short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance plans
• Managing annual maintenance work
• Coordinating the work of the subordinate team
• Hiring, training, and managing maintenance personnel as the department grows
• Keeping records of all repairs/installations

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Team management skills
• Welding skills Ability to train others
• Knowledge of English
• Crane operator license
