Customer Service Specialist with German and English at Warszawa

Position: Customer Service Specialist – Live Operations Department

We are looking for candidates who speak English and German fluently (minimum B2 level).

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – full training provided!

• Salary: 5000 PLN gross for full-time, 2500 PLN gross for part-time — you choose the option that suits you

Requirements:

• English language proficiency (minimum B2)
• German language proficiency (minimum B2/C1)
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, multitasking, and willingness to learn new things

Responsibilities:

• Daily support for the operations team and couriers
• Collaboration and idea sharing
• Monitoring delivery processes
• Contact with couriers via chat/phone, and occasionally with customers in exceptional situations
• Quick reaction to various operational issues
