Role and Responsibilities

·      SIM cards management in global systems

·      Business mobile management in all company

·      Close cooperation with Poland mobile operators

·      Contracts verifications and terms negotiations with operators

·      Cooperation with SIM cards administrators in Poland and Europe

·      Costs verification, control, analysis and reduction

·      Invoices control, acceptation and verification

·      Preparation and update of the SIM cards procedures, manuals, rules etc.

·      Preparation reports, documentation, presentations and analysis

·      Preparation and implementation processes and costs optimization initiatives

·      Daily support for employees



Skills and Qualifications

·      Min. 2 years of experience in customer service

·      Min. 2 years of experience in operating systems

·      Experience in creating and improving processes and procedures

·      Experience in database creation and analysis

·      At least intermediate practical knowledge of MS Excel

·      Communicative knowledge of English

·      Customer focus orientation

·      Quality-focus approach

·      Analytical skills

·      Excellent work organizational skills

·      Accuracy, precision and diligence

·      Multi-task orientation

·      Communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients



Nice to have

·      Min. 1 year of experience in global company/international environment

·      Negotiations skills

·      Knowledge about mobile operators offers and services

·      Professional experience in a similar position is welcome

·      Initiative, motivation and commitment

·      Fast learner and hard working
