NLP DataOps Engineer at Warszawa

Role and Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Generation (NLG), and Chatbot features for Bixby and Galaxy AI,
• Development and maintenance of data processing pipelines for training NLU and Large Language Model (LLM) models,
• Deployment and maintenance of NLU, classification, and evaluation models for European languages,
• Extension of NLU models for SmartThings and IoT applications,
• Exploration of available text data and experimentation with model fine-tuning,
• Automation of repetitive tasks in NLP, such as text data retrieval, text corpora management, and text corpora annotation, etc.,
• Building AI productivity tools to support internal work processes,
• Significant influence on the direction of work in the team, with opportunities to participate in the creation of project proposals, research, and patent applications.

Skills and Qualifications

·      Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or related fields,

·      Practical experience in Python,

·      Experience in NLP, NLU, LLM, and Prompt Engineering,

·      Practical knowledge of the Linux environment,

·      Experience with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.,

·      Proficiency in English at a level that enables easy communication,

·      Creativity, adaptability to apply knowledge for innovation, and an open-minded approach are a plus.

Nice to have

·      Previous experience in a Natural Language Processing or Text Processing-related project, 

·      Practical experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and API usage or definition, 

·      Practical experience in Java or C++, 

·      Protocol Conversion Applications: KNX, BACnet, Modbus, ZigBee, Z-Wave, Matter, 

·      Experience in any subdomain of Natural Language Processing (text classification, corpus linguistics, text analysis, sentiment analysis, information extraction, etc.), 

·      Practical knowledge in Data Engineering and/or Data Science, 

·      Experience in human-computer interaction application development, including text or voice interfaces.
