Machine operator - Strzelce Opolskie, Strzelecki

We are currently recruiting for a small company producing metal transport hooks.

It is not possible to conduct the recruitment process online. Every meeting takes place at the company.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Operating bending machines.
• Product quality control.
• Fulfillment of production orders.
• Maintaining machines in good technical condition.
• Work in accordance with qualitative and quantitative requirements.
• Operation of measuring tools.
• Teamwork.
• Maintaining order at the workplace.

Criteria and requirements:

• English speaking
• Experience operating production machinery.
• Ability to work in a two-shift system.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Conscientiousness and commitment.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Vocational or technical education.
• Accuracy in completing orders.

Salary: 38 PLN gross / hour

• Overtime hours paid at 50% and 100% according to the Labor Code
• Bonuses based on work results
• Payment is always on time, once a month to the employee's bank account, on the 10th of each month (if the 10th is a weekend, payment is made on Friday or Monday).
• Insurance: according to the contract and Polish law.
• Accommodation: provided - free of charge, at the client's hotel on the premises of the work facility
• Transport: not needed
• Vacation: Paid according to Polish law,
• Work place: Roofed production hall
• Work clothes: Provided
• Work Permit: provided by employer (waiting time 6-8 weeks)

Work system:

• shifts: Monday - Friday
• 2 shifts only (morning & afternoon)
• 8 hours each day
• exceptionally, in case of increased production needs, also night shift + possible overtime during the day or on Saturdays
• Number of working hours: 168-172 hours month + possible overtimes (after implementation time)
