Showroom Tour Guide/Promotor
Role and Responsibilities
· Preparation and operation of guided tours based on created showroom programs
· Everyday demo checks to ensure smooth showroom operation
· Cooperation with Showroom Technical Coordinator, Subject Matter Experts, 3rd parties for spotted issues resolution
· Creation and maintenance of showroom documentation including demo scripts and promotional videos
· Showroom marketing activities & communication management
· Implementation of new solutions in showroom in cooperation with Showroom Manager, Technical Coordinator, and Subject Matter Experts
· Supporting preparation of visits/visitors analysis, preparing reports, and recommending actions when presenting reports to leaders
· Supporting Showroom Manager & Subject Matter Expert in planning and developing showroom strategy & innovations
· Delivering speeches, lectures, and webinars during workshops and events
· Gathering requirements from the market and visitors and prepare voice of customers
Skills and Qualifications
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
- Excellent fluency in English (both verbal and written) - conducting presentations in English in front of a multinational audience and preparing official technical documentation
- Effortless communication with different teams, project stakeholders as well as confidence in speaking in front of a larger audience
· Professional experience in IT product management and understanding of IT processes and services (technical and sales)
· Excellent work organization, communication, and management skills.
· Dynamic person, not afraid of challenges, good team spirit.
- Passion for technology and continuous improvement of supported products and solutions
- Technically oriented. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Availability to work 5 days a week from office
Nice to have
· Experience in working with B2B customers
· Knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems, mobile technologies (Android, iOS),
· Knowledge of Digital Signage solutions including databases, Web technologies, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), REST API, etc.
· Experience in working with multicultural organizations
· Knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) solutions
· Knowledge of AC solutions, Energy Savings Algorithms (HVAC, VRF)
